Emmeline was part of the founding team that launched Resilience Collective, with a mission to reshape the way we approach mental health. She brings tri-sector work experience, combined with a personal lived experience of learning to live well in spite of a mental health condition.

She enjoys her multi-faceted role at Resilience Collective, which spans strategy, compliance, grant management and programmes. Prior to joining Resilience Collective, she was a Manager with the National Council of Social Service’s Mental Health Services team.

She enjoys activities involving food, good music, culture and the occasional solo travelling adventure.
