Ever feel like you’re just not good enough no matter how hard you try? Are you left feeling down and out?
Join us for our peer support group on Thurs, 9 Sep where we will,
1. Gather in a safe space to learn from one another’s personal experiences of how we developed and rebuilt our self-esteem.
2. Understand what contributes to good self-esteem and empower one another to raise our self-esteem.
3. Curate a collective poem of encouragement where we can take on our journey to remind ourselves of our self-worth.
