About the peer support session

“Sleep is for the weak!” How true is that? After a jam-packed day, do you stay up late for some “me” time rather than go to bed at a reasonable hour? How does it then affect you the next day? Sleep is a form of rest that might not come easy, but recognising the importance of healthy sleep hygiene may just be the first step towards cultivating healthy sleep habits.

In this session, let’s discuss how sleep hygiene impacts our mental health recovery, and the ways we can sustain healthy sleeping habits!

If you’re a mental health professional, we invite you to come and share your experiences too!
