Circles of Resilience Info-Session

You’re invited to join us!
Our Circles of Resilience (CR) sessions for youth peers 18 – 24 years old will be launching soon and we’d like you to be part of this brand new peer support initiative!
Circles of Resilience by Resilience Collective is a safe space where peers or persons with lived experience of mental health conditions come together to help each other thrive and lead authentic lives.
The focus of this initiative is to nurture and grow a tight-knit community of peers who believe in the value of connections and friendships. Members are able to collectively hold space for one another to be vulnerable and actively support each other in achieving their mental health goals. Through regular sessions, peers are able to share and speak about real topics that help make sense of their experiences during their mental health journeys.
