Goh Swee Chen

Ms Goh Swee Chen serves on the boards of several non-profit and corporate organisations, including CapitaLand, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Power Ltd and Woodside Energy (Australia). She chairs the National Arts Council, Institute of HR Professionals and Global Compact Network Singapore. Ms Goh is also a Trustee on the Board of Nanyang Technological University. Ms Goh has a diverse professional background, across the IT, Real Estate, Consumer Goods and Oil & Gas industries. She joined Shell in 2003 and retired as Chairman of Shell Companies in Singapore in January 2019. While at Shell, she chaired and served on the Boards of Shell Joint Ventures in China, Korea and Saudi Arabia. Ms Goh was previously with Procter & Gamble and IBM. A global leader, she has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Netherlands, Australia, USA, Japan and China. Ms Goh is also a Justice of the Peace and a member of Singapore’s Legal Services Commission. She graduated with a B.Sc. in Information Science from Victoria University and an MBA from Chicago Booth. She was named Distinguished Alumni, Chicago Booth, in 2018.
