Hayley has over 15 years’ experience in finance roles spanning the banking, social and private sector. Throughout Hayley’s career corporate responsibility is a key focus in her work, and she believes passionately about the role of business in social and environmental development.

Hayley was most recently Vice President at Deutsche Bank where she held various roles including Head of Strategic Engagement for the Corporate Services function. In that role Hayley focused on culture building through communication and engagement across the global Corporate Services team.

After relocating from United Kingdom to Singapore in 2007, Hayley’s first role was with Clermont Group where she was responsible for the financial management and governance for philanthropic and private investments. This provided the opportunity to work closely with teams on the ground to build social enterprises in Asia.

Hayley has a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy.
