Join us on for our peer support group on Thurs, 9 Sep where we will,
1. Gather in a safe space to learn from one another’s personal experiences of how we developed and rebuilt our self-esteem.
2. Understand what contributes to good self-esteem and empower one another to raise our self-esteem.
3. Curate a collective poem of encouragement where we can take on our journey to remind ourselves of our self-worth.
Many of us are where we are today because of life teachers and mentors who believed in us and helped propel us towards our goals in life.
