What is Resilience Education about?

Resilience Education is a list of workshops for peers, that were co-produced with fellow peers and other professionals such as clinical professionals and youth leaders.

Each workshop focuses on supporting the peer through a stage of their recovery journey, equipping them with relevant theoretical understanding of their mental health experiences and broadening their coping strategies.

What can you expect from participating in Resilience Education?

Being acquainted with applicable knowledge and skills that can help you better make sense of your mental health experience and cope with mental health challenges better.

Exchanging perspectives and learnings with other peers going through similar mental health experiences.

Resilience Education workshops are conducted on a quarterly basis. They are typically 2 hours long, and will be conducted physically.

Who should participate in the workshops?

We warmly welcome persons who are:

  • Young adults who are diagnosed or seeking support for mental health.
  • Looking to be equipped with shared knowledge, resources and skills that can be applied to their mental health experiences.
  • Searching to connect with community of peers who experience mental health challenges.
