Tracing A New Path By Wayne Kee

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) may have disrupted his teens, but Wayne Kee, a Circles of Resilience Member with Resilience Collective), is now back on his feet and looking to shed light on this often misunderstood condition. In this issue, he shares about living with OCD, and offers words of encouragement to those who are embarking on their own recovery journey.

Wayne actively participates in Resilience Collective’s peer support group, Circles of Resilience. This is a monthly support session for young adults going through mental health challenges. It pushes him to learn more about various aspects of mental health.

Read more of Wayne’s journey as he shares with the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) for a feature as part of their Imagine Magazine.
