We are a peer-powered mental health platform focused on shifting perceptions and changing mindsets through the voices of persons with the lived experience of a mental health condition.
With their voices, these persons, or peers, provide their perspectives and first-hand knowledge of a mental health challenge and the recovery process, adding value to a holistic approach for mental health solutioning and advocating on mental health and anti-stigmatism, raising awareness and promoting help-seeking.
Our resilience-focused education and peer support programmes empower and equip our peers to forge ahead on the continuum towards better mental health and self-actualisation. Through community-driven initiatives and engagement, we aim to drive meaningful and open dialogue built upon equal partnerships between peers, clinical professionals and community.
It is our belief that by bridging communities, we will help remove the damaging mentality of “us and them”, building resilience across one inclusive society in mental health.
