Who We Are

We're an IPC registered mental health charity providing dedicated peer support to young adults.

Persons in recovery are supported through our Circles of Resilience peer support groups, Resilience Education workshops and outreach initiatives such as the Human Library Experience where persons harness their mental health lived experience to support others on their recovery journeys.

Through community building efforts and co-producing holistic mental health solutioning with
stakeholders, we hope to encourage more persons in recovery to seek help and find support.

Circles of Resilience is a safe space where peers, or persons
with lived experience of mental health conditions, come
together to support each other thrive and lead authentic lives.

This peer support circle exists for tight-knit communities of
peers who believe in the value of connection. During the
monthly sessions in consistent familiar groups, members develop
courage and confidence to choose vulnerability through the discussion of their
lived experiences, learning and supporting each other to progress in their
mental health journeys together.

Peers, or persons with the lived experience of mental health conditions, are empowered through our resilience education modules which equip peers with recovery strategies and coping mechanisms, and peer support initiatives which see peers supporting each other as they progress ahead in their recovery journeys.

By harnessing the voices of peers which speak to the value of first-hand perspectives and knowledge of mental health recovery, and co-producing holistic mental health solutioning with other stakeholders, RC together with our peers help to drive anti-stigmatism and promote help-seeking among those at risk.
